As we are an Internet only retailer this is our preferred method of contact. If you have any questions about our products or your order, please email us. You will get a prompt response during our office hours (9am-4pm, Monday to Friday).   This way makes our mail order service as efficient as possible. Please do not send PayPal payments to this email address as we will be unable to accept them. 
 
 
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept the following methods of payment:-

Credit and Debit Card payments.

We do not handle or store credit card details on our website. When you complete checkout, you are transferred to Paypal or Nochex for payment processing,  Paypal and Nochex are highly secure sites.

Pay Offline

PayOffline is an innovative payment solution developed to enable you to shop online without credit cards and pay with cash or debit card offline. You can pay by cash or debit card at any one of 35,000 payment outlets throughout the UK. And because you are not giving any sensitive personal financial details online, you are completely protected against any type of card fraud or identity theft.

Cheque or Postal Order

To be made payable to A.B. Crafts and Designs and sent to the address above. Please note that we will wait for payment funds to clear before despatching your order

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. Orders are not deemed in progress until payment has been received in full.


When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Postal & Packaging Charges

Postage charges in UK are as follows:
Orders under £50 : £2.95
Orders over £50 : Free


International Orders
At the moment we only accept International orders from Ireland,  Please pay using a credit card. Your credit card company will then convert the transaction from GB pounds to your own currency. Please allow up to 7 days for delivery of international orders.

Orders under £100.00 : £5.95
Orders over £100.00 : Free
Shipping And Handling
As an Online business we take orders 24 hours a day 7 days a week and pride ourselves on our quality service and quick delivery, we aim to despatch orders within 24 hours of order being placed.
We despatch six days a week, Monday - Saturday.  Any orders received at the weekend will be despatched first on Monday, except on bank holidays when delivery times will be longer.
Most items are sent by first class post and usually arrive the next day but large or very heavy items will be sent by parcel post which take 3-5 working days to arrive. 
VAT Charges
As yet We are not VAT registered and therefore do not add VAT to our prices.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
The information that we ask you to provide when you order is used to be able to send your order to you and/or to contact you if we have a query with your order. We do not pass your details to anyone else.

Returns Policy

If you do not like the goods you have chosen or if you have ordered the wrong goods, please return them to us within 14 days of    receipt. Please enclose a copy of your invoice indicating the items being returned. We will be happy to refund you for the returned items providing they are returned in their original condition with any sealed packaging unopened. You must pay the cost of returning the goods and you will be responsible for their safety during transportation. When returning items please obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office so that you can make a claim against them in the event of the goods being lost in the post.

When returning goods, it is your responsibility that they are packed so as to avoid damage in the post as goods must be received by us in a re-saleable condition. If any returns received are not in a re-saleable condition, we may only refund you 50% of the retail value of the goods.

If your goods arrive in a damaged or faulty condition, please  email  us within 7 days.  

We will replace or refund the damaged, faulty or wrong items. We will refund the cost of your return postage; in this case, replacements will be dispatched on receipt of the returned items.

DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. Postage will not be refunded on faulty goods returned without prior notification.

Refunds for returned items will be made through the payment method  to the account  which the purchase was made within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Where a  payment has been made by cheque or postal Order, payment will be refunded by cheque.
